What you will drive

  • Generate your own pipeline through creative outbound prospecting and maintain 3-4x pipeline coverage against quota.
  • Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to close for deals in the $20K-$100K ACV range.
  • Multi-thread across Marketing, Sustainability, ESG, and executive stakeholders, connecting restoration to business outcomes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless handoffs and share outbound learnings with the team.

What makes you a great fit

  • Proven track record of sourcing and closing deals from cold outbound, with experience closing SaaS deals in the $20K-$100K ACV range (typically 3+ years).
  • Demonstrated record of exceeding revenue targets and navigating multi-stakeholder buying processes.
  • Skilled with CRM and AI tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
  • Entrepreneurial, resilient, self-directed, and naturally curious.
