Mission

What you will drive

As part of the Sales Team, you are the pioneering force of Sweep's US expansion, working on the front line of the sales process for the sales team. You'll be responsible for closing opportunities and ensuring the success team can deliver real impact for our customers while helping establish Sweep as a leader in the North American sustainability software market.

  • Help build Sweep's presence in the US market by identifying and engaging target accounts.
  • Own an account list and develop strategic account plans to win and expand business with mid-market and Enterprise accounts across North America.
  • Take full accountability for building and closing your own sales pipeline with a consultative and solutions-focused approach.
  • Develop outbound strategies to create and nurture opportunities in a greenfield market.

What makes you a great fit

Qualifications

  • You bring a minimum of 4+ years of sales experience
  • Experience in software-as-a-service environments, ideally in the B2B Enterprise space
  • Ability to develop and execute account plans spanning multiple business units across complex organizations
  • Ability to lead intricate negotiations
