Account Executive

• Develop, manage, and strategically expand a portfolio of high value EPC accounts, serving as the primary relationship owner and fostering deep partnerships from procurement and engineering teams to executive leadership.
• Proactively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with target accounts in the utility solar market, building a robust pipeline and managing a disciplined sales process from initial contact to contract execution.
• Lead and orchestrate intricate, multi-million dollar sales engagements, coordinating internal resources across engineering, project management, and legal to navigate complex customer requirements and successfully close deals.
• Meet and consistently exceed ambitious, yet achievable, sales quotas, with a documented history of top tier performance and sales excellence.

This role contributes to the renewable energy industry by driving the adoption of solar and energy storage solutions through strategic sales, helping to power clean energy solutions globally and reduce reliance on fossil fuels.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a quota-carrying, complex solution sales role with a clear and consistent track record of overachievement.
• Direct experience selling technical products, equipment, or solutions in the utility-scale solar, BESS, or renewable energy markets is strongly preferred, with existing relationships with major EPCs being highly advantageous.
• Possess a high degree of self-motivation, energy, and resilience to thrive in a competitive market with long sales cycles.
• Be a master negotiator and strategic thinker with the ability to articulate a compelling business case, create urgency, and manage deals to a successful close.
