What you will drive

  • Ensure timely onboarding of new clients and projects, acting as the client's champion across Perch Energy.
  • Chair regular meetings with clients to track portfolio performance, deliver reports, and provide insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline reporting, advocate for contract amendments, and support account management in new markets.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, client relationship management, or strategic partnerships, ideally B2B enterprise.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communication, Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills; ability to interpret contract terms and resolve complex matters.
  • Experience with Salesforce and community solar or renewable energy preferred.
