Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline that is approximately three times your sales quota
- Drive your pipeline by generating around 30% of it through proactive outbound efforts including LinkedIn, calls, and emails
- Own the entire sales cycle from discovery and product demos to negotiations, aiming to close a minimum of 40%+ of deals successfully
- Lead comprehensive discovery calls, deliver live product demonstrations, and engage in detailed negotiations about Bloomerang's software and services

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 2-3 years of experience in a quota-carrying Account Executive role where you achieved at least 95% of your annual quota and consistently met 90% of your monthly targets
- Proven ability to successfully generate 30% of your total deals through proactive efforts
- Salesforce proficiency with ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date Salesforce records
- Expert product knowledge with ability to demonstrate in-depth understanding of solutions and effectively communicate their value
