What you will drive
- Sell Watershed to enterprise companies, owning the full sales lifecycle from first outbound to contract signature
- Develop the Watershed sales playbook into a repeatable machine, including messaging, organizational navigation, and tools
- Take Watershed into new market segments and shape product strategy by sharing customer feedback
- Become an expert in climate and educate companies on carbon reduction targets, clean energy, carbon removal, and supply chain decarbonization

What makes you a great fit
- 5-7+ years of sales excellence with enterprise customers (5,000+ employees) at an executive level
- 3+ years of demonstrated success selling SaaS enterprise at $100k-500K deals
- Excited to lead from zero to one, building things from scratch and creating new playbooks
- Excellent consultative seller who listens deeply to customers and helps solve their problems
