Mission
What you will drive
- Own and grow a portfolio of civil government accounts across Northern Europe (Nordics/Baltics) and EU institutions, from pipeline generation to deal closure
- Build trusted relationships with ministries, national agencies, space agencies, and public bodies
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, including public tenders, RFPs, and framework agreements
- Develop account strategies aligned with policy objectives, regulatory constraints, and public-sector budget cycles

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 6+ years in B2G or public sector sales
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Ability to close complex, high-value, multi-year deals
- Solid understanding of public procurement processes, including tenders and framework agreements
