Mission
What you will drive
- Contribute to and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve or exceed annual carbon credit sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients across diverse industries and stakeholder groups.
- Own the full sales cycle, including pipeline management, negotiation, and closing complex carbon transactions and partnerships.
- Collaborate with marketing, technology sales, customer success and other departments to ensure a cohesive sales and marketing strategy.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably within voluntary carbon markets, climate technology, carbon removal, sustainability solutions, or adjacent climate sectors.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven approach to sales and commitment to diligently using CRM software.
