What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Design and implement tailored Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for target accounts, aligning with business growth objectives to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Manage end-to-end ABM campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring coordination, goal achievement, and tracking through HubSpot.
  • Oversee creation of personalized content for key accounts, commission external contractors when needed, and coach the Marketing & Bids Coordinator to produce high-quality materials.
  • Develop and refine key account management plans, maintain strong client relationships, and act as a trusted advisor to understand business needs and provide value-added solutions.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, sales, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in B2B marketing with focus on ABM and key account management.
  • Experience in content creation and website management.
