• Own and execute Phoenix Tailings' public relations strategy to significantly increase visibility with aerospace, defense, and government stakeholders
• Secure earned media coverage across major national, business, and industry publications
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media outlets covering aerospace, defense, energy, manufacturing, and national security
• Develop compelling narratives around Phoenix Tailings' technology, mission, milestones, and impact

This role shapes how the world understands a company building foundational materials infrastructure that powers aerospace, defense, energy, and advanced manufacturing—cleanly, securely, and domestically, making the mission of sustainable mining impossible to ignore.

• 8+ years of experience in communications or public relations, with a strong emphasis on earned media
• Proven track record securing coverage in top-tier national or industry publications
• Experience communicating with or targeting aerospace, defense, government, or industrial audiences
• Strong ability to translate complex technical or industrial concepts into clear, compelling narratives

• Salary Range: $175,000-$250,000
