6.1. Vice President of Partnerships

• Generate and convert a robust pipeline of partnership opportunities across defense, automotive, clean technology, and advanced manufacturing sectors.
• Originate, negotiate, and close long-term offtake agreements and commercial partnerships that drive near-term revenue and production scaling.
• Structure complex commercial agreements, including pricing, volume commitments, and risk-sharing mechanisms aligned with customer and company objectives.
• Translate Phoenix Tailings’ technical capabilities into clear, compelling commercial value propositions tailored to customer needs.

This role accelerates the adoption of sustainable critical metals production, reducing environmental harm from traditional mining and enabling cleaner supply chains for defense, automotive, and clean technology sectors.

• 10+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial roles with a strong emphasis on closing deals.
• Proven track record of securing and executing complex, multi-million-dollar agreements with large industrial or government-linked organizations.
• Experience selling into or partnering with Tier 1 suppliers, OEMs, or defense contractors.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with the ability to structure sophisticated agreements and evaluate trade-offs quickly.

Total cash compensation (salary + discretionary bonus) of $200,000–$250,000 plus equity. Additional benefits include 100% medical, dental, and vision coverage for employee, stock options, unlimited PTO, and learning and development opportunities.
