Mission

What you will drive

  • Develop and execute the strategy for Code.org's 6-12 curriculum products, including CS Principles, CS Discoveries, and AI Foundations.
  • Manage and mentor a team of curriculum content developers, fostering an inclusive and productive team culture.
  • Lead product development from concept to launch, setting roadmaps, allocating resources, and standardizing workflows.
  • Use data from pilots, surveys, and usage metrics to inform product strategy and improvements.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 4+ years of experience designing and developing 6-12 learning products, ideally CS and AI-focused, with product management experience in ed tech.
  • 2+ years of people management experience or equivalent mentoring role.
  • Deep knowledge of CS and AI concepts relevant to 6-12 grade bands, with fluency in at least one text-based programming language (e.g., Python or JavaScript).
  • Strong project management skills and experience using data to drive product decisions.

Salary range: $117,000 - $130,000 per year.
