3PL Manager

• Own the performance, cost, and continuous improvement of all third-party logistics partnerships across Octopus' network
• Ensure partners deliver operational excellence, cost efficiency, and sustainability through data-led insight, strong governance, and open-book collaboration
• Drive accountability and continuous improvement across multiple logistics partners at the intersection of supplier performance, commercial strategy, and operational delivery
• Build and maintain reporting tools that enhance visibility of OTIF, SLA compliance, cost, and sustainability metrics

• Demonstrated experience managing 3PL or carrier relationships end-to-end across multiple service areas
• Proven track record in performance management, cost optimisation, and continuous improvement
• Strong commercial and analytical skills — confident using data to drive decisions
• Experience working cross-functionally with Finance, Procurement, and Operations
