- Participate in a tailored Learning Program focused on engineering and sustainable development

- Engage in networking activities to build professional connections
- Commit 20-25 hours per week for 5 months from May to September

Required qualifications and skills:
- Early-career technical professionals passionate about sustainable development, social impact, or sustainability
- Ability to commit 20-25 hours per week for the 5-month fellowship period
- Experience with research and ideally some experience with AI (for certain projects)
- Strong grasp of innovation ecosystems and experience building tools to evaluate progress
