2026 E4C Fellowship

Core responsibilities for the E4C Fellowship:

• Participate in a tailored Learning Program focused on engineering and sustainable development
• Work on Impact Projects addressing critical local and global challenges
• Engage in networking activities to build professional connections
• Commit 20-25 hours per week for 5 months from May to September

This fellowship activates and empowers early-career engineers and technical professionals to solve critical local and global challenges through sustainable development projects, creating positive change in underserved communities worldwide.

Required qualifications and skills:

• Early-career technical professionals passionate about sustainable development, social impact, or sustainability
• Ability to commit 20-25 hours per week for the 5-month fellowship period
• Experience with research and ideally some experience with AI (for certain projects)
• Strong grasp of innovation ecosystems and experience building tools to evaluate progress
