2026-2029 Asia Displacement Solutions Platform ADSP Strategy Development

Core Responsibilities

• Facilitate the development of a 2026-2029 Strategy for the Asia Displacement Solutions Platform (ADSP)
• Identify ADSP's objectives for the strategy period based on consensus among members and alignment with ADSP's mission
• Develop an implementable strategic methodology and support ADSP staff, members, partners, and stakeholders in a participatory planning process
• Ensure a sense of ownership and meaningful engagement with all stakeholders

This role will help develop a strategic framework that guides ADSP's work in finding durable solutions for displacement-affected populations in Asia, potentially improving the lives of refugees and displaced persons across the region.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Experience in strategic planning and development for humanitarian or displacement-focused organizations
• Ability to facilitate consensus-building among diverse stakeholders and members
• Expertise in participatory planning processes and stakeholder engagement
• Knowledge of displacement solutions and humanitarian response in Asia
