1.1. Chief Financial Officer

• Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies, including long-term financial planning, capital allocation, and risk management.
• Lead capital-raising efforts, including equity, debt, and project financing, to support operational expansion and strategic projects.
• Oversee all aspects of financial operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team.

This role enables Phoenix Tailings to scale its clean mining and metals production, reducing environmental harm from traditional mining and supporting the transition to a sustainable economy.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in senior financial leadership roles, preferably in clean technology, mining, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Demonstrated success in fundraising, including experience with equity and debt financing, project financing, and capital markets.
• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills.

Competitive compensation package including salary, discretionary bonus, and equity. Pay range: $600,000 - $875,000 total cash compensation plus equity.
