Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Draft, edit, and package public-facing content including blogs, newsletters, success stories, website pages, presentations, and thought leadership pieces that translate complex research findings and policy progress into clear, accurate, and compelling content
- Execute social media content planning, posting, and performance tracking across priority platforms, aligned with LEEP's external communications strategy
- Maintain, develop, and update website content using a Content Management System (CMS) and collaborate with web developers and designers as needed
- Support donor and stakeholder engagement by developing materials for donor reports, drafting thank you letters, maintaining donor lists, and tracking communications

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and qualifications:
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in strategic communications, technical or scientific writing, public affairs, marketing, journalism or related fields, ideally in international development, public health, policy, or research organizations
- Exceptional writing skills with a strong track record of crafting compelling messaging and content tailored to various formats and audiences
- Experience with digital content development and social media planning and execution, including creating and managing web and social media content
- Strong grasp of brand and voice standards with experience applying them across content types
- Excellent interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills with comfort working independently in a remote setup
