What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Support creation and execution of smart meter customer communications and campaigns to generate installation appointments
  • Monitor campaign conversion rates, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Provide communications support across multiple channels to ensure consistent messaging
  • Develop relationships with Marketing, Data, Digital, and other teams to support customer communications strategy

Required qualifications:

  • Experience in marketing/customer communications/campaigns with understanding of customer behavior
  • Detailed understanding of smart metering and energy markets
  • Proven track record of managing customer contact strategies and multi-million-pound budgets
  • Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; highly numerate and analytical
