What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Support creation and execution of smart meter customer communications and campaigns to generate installation appointments
- Monitor campaign conversion rates, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide communications support across multiple channels to ensure consistent messaging
- Develop relationships with Marketing, Data, Digital, and other teams to support customer communications strategy

Required qualifications:
- Experience in marketing/customer communications/campaigns with understanding of customer behavior
- Detailed understanding of smart metering and energy markets
- Proven track record of managing customer contact strategies and multi-million-pound budgets
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; highly numerate and analytical
