Program Manager - Global Product Lines

Core responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the global project management office to standardize project execution worldwide
• Support regional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to Aggreko standards
• Define and document project management processes within the Operations Quality Management System
• Collaborate with engineering and project teams to align design processes with project schedules and risk mitigation

This role enhances the execution speed and quality of product roadmaps across global product lines, helping deliver energy solutions that support business growth and community development while contributing to a sustainable future.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience managing complex, cross-functional product programs, preferably in hardware, industrial equipment, or energy sectors
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple product lines simultaneously with solid knowledge of Stage-Gate, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing all levels and simplifying complex information
• Proficient in program management tools like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, with comfort in financial tracking, risk management, and executive reporting
