Manager of Solution Consulting

Core responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Solution Consultants to support Workiva sales groups in meeting their solution needs
• Provide coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities to enhance team skills, motivation, and performance
• Ensure effective alignment of resources and skill sets within the assigned sales territory
• Participate in strategic projects that further the Solution Consulting organization and ensure successful delivery of proof of concepts

This role helps organizations leverage the Workiva Platform to address their business challenges, potentially improving operational efficiency and compliance through technology solutions.

Required qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
• Minimum 2 years of direct people management experience
• 5 years solution engineering experience
• Experience with SaaS solutions, cloud technologies, and web security
