Instructional designer

• Design, develop, and implement learning solutions across various formats, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, videos, and job aids.
• Work closely with stakeholders to analyze training needs, identify learning objectives, and create content that enhances knowledge retention and skill development.
• Apply expertise in instructional design principles, adult learning theory, and technology tools to drive the success of learning initiatives.
• Upload and manage course content within the LMS, monitor learner progress, track completion, and troubleshoot technical issues.

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in instructional design, curriculum development, or e-learning content creation.
• Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate 360).
• Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines, with excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
