Mission
What you will drive
Strategic Account Management:
- Act as the primary post-sales point of contact for large fleet clients, serving as a trusted advisor on their electrification journey.
- Deliver a world-class client experience by proactively identifying needs and ensuring every touchpoint adds value.
- Monitor account health and usage metrics to drive long-term retention and identify opportunities for account expansion.
- Deliver regular reporting to clients on their electrification progress.
Onboarding & Compliance (KYB):
- Manage the hand-off from Sales to Success, ensuring no data or momentum is lost during implementation.
- Guide clients through the Know Your Business (KYB) vetting process with clarity and speed to get them "charge-ready" quickly.
- Ensure all client documentation meets rigorous regulatory standards while maintaining a supportive approach.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Product and Tech teams to advocate for user requests.
- Translate client pain points into feature requirements to align the roadmap with evolving market needs.

- Comfortable speaking with businesses and possessing fantastic written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and learn quickly.
- Calm and experienced operational mindset with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience working in Operations in a high-growth company is desirable.
- Able to thrive in ambiguity and take a structured approach to problem-solving.
