What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead the development of campaign creative concepts, toolkits, and work with global teams to adapt and activate in markets across various channels including owned and earned
- Collaborate with and lead agency partners to deliver bold, effective creative that drives conversion through the marketing funnel
- Drive brand marketing and product campaigns that connect Firefox with audiences in key markets including North America, Germany, UK, France, Japan and India
- Provide mentorship and support to an ambitious internal team

What makes you a great fit
Required skills and experience:
- 10+ years experience in leading creative work, either in an ad agency or in-house setting
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and oversee creative development and execution
- Outstanding organization and project management skills
- Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and Adobe
- Experience analyzing data and consumer insights to inform marketing creative
