About the Role
The Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for assisting the Executive Director with high-level support, managing calendars, correspondence, board relations, and general organization logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively manage the Executive Director's complex schedule, prioritize meetings, and resolve time commitment conflicts
- Act as the primary point of contact for the ED by screening/summarizing/prioritizing emails, drafting correspondence, and handling internal/external inquiries as requested
- Schedule, coordinate logistics, prepare materials, take minutes, and support ED meetings and events including Board of Director meetings and annual organization-wide events
- Maintain digital filing systems and handle sensitive information with discretion

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Lived experience as a full time parent and/or caregiver of a child, youth, or young adult who has navigated behavioral health crisis services
- Must reside within Washington State or be willing to relocate after a job offer
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent organizational, documenting, communication, and project management skills
- Proficiency in computer skills and experience with MS Office products, Zoom, and G-suite
- Commitment to anti-racism and dismantling institutional and systemic racism and other biases
- Experience working directly with people from diverse racial, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds
Benefits
What's in it for you
Part-time, 20 hours per week, $24/hour (half-time salary equivalent of $24,960). This position is eligible for a geographic salary differential based on the cost of living where you reside (base rate may increase by up to 25% for those who live in high cost of living areas).
