Youth Impact Fund Manager (Consultancy)

Core responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate new partners by researching prospects, developing tailored cultivation strategies, and crafting engaging outreach narratives
• Shape investment opportunities by translating RIVET's model, data, and impact into clear, compelling funding opportunities
• Design learning experiences and ensure seamless stewardship by architecting a dynamic learning community and providing world-class stewardship and reporting

This role provides critical resources to thousands of young social innovators while raising vital scaling funds for RIVET, creating a philanthropic movement led by youth.

Required skills and qualifications:

• Strategic and relationship-driven approach to fundraising and partnership development
• Experience working with institutional and family foundation funders
• Ability to work cross-functionally to design investment pathways and craft proposals
• Experience designing learning communities and stewardship experiences

Part-time opportunity with flexible hours (approximately 10-20 hours per week), working with a dedicated, low-ego team on a first-of-its-kind philanthropic movement.
