Workday Architect

Core responsibilities:

• Leverage deep expertise in Workday application architecture and emerging AI technologies to design and implement innovative, scalable solutions that optimize business processes and enhance user experience.
• Lead the configuration, optimization, and support of Payroll systems, while also contributing to other Workday modules such as Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Time Tracking, and Absence.
• Act as a Workday subject matter expert, especially in Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits, supporting full-cycle development, configuration, and deployment.
• Drive the adoption of AI and automation to streamline HR operations, reduce manual effort, and improve data accuracy and compliance.

This role enhances efficiency, compliance, and user experience in HR technology systems, supporting the organization's mission to build a more resilient world with people and planet in mind.

Required skills and experience:

• 7+ years of experience in HRIT or HR technology roles, with at least 5 years of hands-on Workday experience across multiple modules, including Payroll. Workday certification (e.g., Payroll, HCM, or Integration) is a strong plus.
• Proven experience implementing or supporting AI-driven or automated solutions within HR or Payroll environments.
• Strong understanding of global payroll processes, compliance requirements, and third-party vendor integrations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
