• Build and manage a team of high performing sales and account managers
• Build and manage a robust pipeline of sales opportunities in the Central Region with a focus on strategic accounts with state, local and national transit authorities and large private sector transportation providers
• Become an expert on the Via platform and develop insights regarding customer use-cases to position Via as an ideal solution
• Strategically navigate buying and renewal processes while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive operational and product improvements

• Experienced leader with demonstrated success managing teams of 10+ highly skilled employees
• Outstanding track record in enterprise software/SaaS sales (15+ years) or strong consulting background with public sector relationships
• Expertise in prospecting, cross-selling, and developing relationships with senior level officials and executives
• History of demonstrated quota achievement and consistent territory growth with excellent communication skills

• Total Earnings Range (base + variable): $300,000-$450,000
