🌿 Volunteer Legal & Contracts Lead: 4WARD.earth 🌎

• Oversee all legal and corporate governance matters related to 4WARD.earth's Swiss GmbH structure, including updates, filings, and compliance with Swiss regulations
• Draft, review, and amend contracts and agreements with clients, consultants, and volunteers to ensure the company's rights, IP, and ownership are fully protected
• Support the development of a team equity and options plan, ensuring it aligns with Swiss law and company goals for shared ownership and upside
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date corporate documents, filings, and records in compliance with Swiss authorities

This role helps protect and empower a mission-driven community of 6,000+ global innovators working on climate and sustainability, ensuring the organization's legal foundation supports its growth and positive environmental impact.

• Qualified legal background with strong knowledge of Swiss corporate, contract, and employment law
• Experience working with or advising startups, nonprofits, or social enterprises, ideally in a Swiss or international context
• Familiarity with GmbH structures, company registration, and governance requirements in Switzerland
• Experience drafting and reviewing contracts, NDAs, and partnership agreements
