Virtual Digital Skills Instructor - Bilingual (English/Russian)

• Deliver synchronous digital skills training classes to under-resourced participants aged 18+
• Provide asynchronous learning support to participants via office hours
• Develop innovative incentive strategies to motivate participants to attend classes consistently
• Foster a class environment that encourages participants to continue digital skills learning through additional training programs

This role creates positive change by equipping under-resourced individuals with digital skills, helping bridge the digital divide and fostering inclusivity in communities that have been historically excluded from technology access.

• Associate’s degree or two plus years experience teaching adult learners
• Must have a reliable computer with a webcam and a strong internet connection
• Flexible availability for synchronous lessons Monday - Saturday
• Advanced proficiency with office productivity tools such as Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Experience with asynchronous and synchronous teaching via online meeting platforms including Google Meet and Zoom
• Fluent in English and Russian (bilingual requirement)

Contractors will be paid a rate of $30 per hour as determined by grant funding associated with each project.
