Mission
What you will drive
- Manage personal pipeline of origination leads from sourcing to closing for renewable energy and emerging technology investments
- Be the first point of contact for prospective clients and build pipeline using a consultative approach for ground lease buy-outs
- Achieve personal monthly, quarterly, and annual targets for origination funnel management and closings
- Contribute to strategic initiatives, product design, and user-experience input for origination processes

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in B2C sales with 4+ years of B2C sales experience
- Natural sales talent with strong business acumen and exceptional negotiation skills
- Experience negotiating transactions from sourcing through close, with familiarity in real estate closing process as a plus
- Familiarity with finance concepts (IRR, NPV) and experience in renewables, commercial real estate, mortgages, telecom, land acquisition, or mineral rights acquisition is a plus
