Vice President, Portfolio Finance

• Lead financing activities including capital raises, debt term conversions, refinancings, tax equity partnership restructuring and asset divestitures.
• Oversee personnel responsible for financial tracking models, internal/external modeling requests, and due diligence logs.
• Collaborate across internal teams including Development and Construction, Engineering, and Asset Management to manage ongoing financing requirements.
• Manage the team responsible for corporate financing capital exposure files and track security requests, guaranties, and transaction timing.

This role contributes to powering America with affordable, reliable, and secure homegrown renewable energy, advancing the country's energy independence and strengthening local economies through domestic energy production.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Engineering (post-graduate degree or CPA is a plus).
• 7+ years' experience in the Renewable Energy Industry, Utilities Sector or Portfolio Finance.
• Experience maintaining and auditing project finance models, with ability to produce and analyze summary economic data.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, etc.
