Vice President, Field Development

• Strategically design and implement a cohesive development and donor stewardship plan across Operation Homefront's three core regions, aligning with national fundraising strategy to achieve annual budgeted revenue results
• Identify and cultivate opportunities to strengthen relationships with Corporate, Foundation, and Individual Donors while fostering a unified culture of philanthropy
• Activate relationships with Operation Homefront's Regional Advisory Council to increase giving opportunities and provide strategic guidance to regional staff on proposal development and cultivation strategies
• Monitor the local fundraising pipeline, deliver timely insights to leadership, and play a key role in planning and executing donor councils and stakeholder engagement opportunities

This role drives fundraising success at the local level to support Operation Homefront's programs that provide relief and recurring support to tens of thousands of military and veteran families each year, helping them overcome short-term difficulties before they become long-term hardships.

• Minimum 10 years leading strategic philanthropy planning and execution with demonstrated success leading regionally-positioned fundraisers in a chapter/affiliate model nonprofit
• Track record of meeting revenue goals and effectively managing expense budgets, with experience supporting change management initiatives to expand fundraising capacities
• Bachelor's degree required (Master's preferred), with familiarity securing in-kind gifts and experience with mission delivery events featuring strong donor activation
• Close alignment with Operation Homefront's mission and experience working in a Military or Veteran Service Organization preferred
