Vice President

• Source and screen bolt-on investment opportunities with high level analysis and identification of key considerations.
• Support investment theses, identify value creation strategies, and assist in developing transaction and deal structure ideas.
• Serve as the main point of contact for forecasting, financial, and performance-related queries, liaising with internal stakeholders as required.
• Implement short- and long-term business plan objectives, driving asset performance through collaboration with asset managers and third-party consultants.

This role creates positive change by driving investment performance and creating value in Brookfield's logistics assets across Europe, contributing to the growth and success of one of the world's largest real estate portfolios.

• At least 8 years+ experience in real estate investment with a proven track record of sourcing and executing logistics transaction in Europe.
• Highly entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and proactive with strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated leadership ability and a collaborative approach, with the capacity to motivate and engage experienced professionals.
• Proficiency in one or more European languages preferred (French, German, or Dutch).
