V-Label Manager Awards & Email - Elternzeit Vertretung

Core responsibilities:

• Lead the V-Label Awards Germany program, including conception, strategic development, and implementation, ensuring alignment with ProVeg goals
• Manage end-to-end project leadership for the awards - from planning to execution and follow-up - coordinating team members and ensuring quality, deadlines, and smooth processes
• Develop holistic marketing and communication strategies for the award, define and steer relevant KPIs, and implement targeted email and social media campaigns
• Conceive, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns for lead generation and customer retention, with focus on email marketing, including definition, tracking, and analysis of relevant KPIs

This role contributes to ProVeg's mission by promoting plant-based food choices through effective digital marketing and award programs, working toward a world where everyone chooses delicious and healthy foods that are good for people, animals, and our planet.

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree in business administration, marketing or comparable field with at least two years of relevant professional experience in digital marketing
• Demonstrable experience in managing digital marketing channels, particularly in email marketing, social media, and content creation
• Practical knowledge of tools and platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, HubSpot, WordPress, Wrike, and Google Workspace, or high willingness to learn new systems
• Experience with digital marketing and analysis tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, email marketing software, and social media management tools
• Strong project management skills, particularly in planning, organizing, and implementing events
