What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Developing a robust multi-million dollar pipeline of new deals, prospects, and partners within an assigned territory
- Achieving large sales goals through existing client expansions and net new business
- Identifying, reaching, and influencing key utility decision makers, stakeholders, and industry influencers within targeted accounts and territory
- Collaborating with other members of Optiwatt's sales, client success, marketing, and product teams to achieve customer objectives and exceed expectations

Profile
What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience selling SaaS, services, or enterprise software with a track record of exceeding quotas and growing new business
- Proven ability to build and manage a full sales pipeline, from outreach to close, including proposal writing, pricing, and contract negotiation
- Deep understanding of utility programs and load management, including managed EV charging, demand response, and the customer energy experience
- Experience in early-stage startups or launching new products, with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach to influencing product direction and strategy
