User Experience Support Specialist (Volunteer)

• App Store Review Management: Respond to app store reviews and collaborate with team members to address user issues.
• Contact Email Management: Respond to user emails and route to other team members to address as needed.
• Collaboration: Work with other Earth Hero team members to represent the voice of the user and improve the user experience.

This role helps Earth Hero make it easy for people to act on climate change by improving user experience and engagement, directly contributing to addressing one of the biggest challenges of our time.

• 2+ years of experience in online customer engagement.
• Strong written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning and working across a variety of online technology platforms.
• Collaborative team player with the ability to work well with others.
