Mission
What you will drive
- Serve as go-to person for projects, responsible for overall implementation according to timelines, scope, budget, and KPIs
- Assist in leading cross-functional transformation initiatives and institute best practices in project management
- Conduct process analysis, document current-state processes and pain points, and provide improvement recommendations
- Develop financial analysis models for project prioritization and drive communications with executive stakeholders

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3-6+ years of experience in consulting/project management, with financial services/asset management experience strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA optional, with strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with superior executive-level presentation skills
- Proactive, organized self-starter with ability to manage diverse stakeholders and prioritize in fast-paced environments
