Transformation Associate

• Serve as go-to person for projects, responsible for overall implementation according to timelines, scope, budget, and KPIs
• Assist in leading cross-functional transformation initiatives and institute best practices in project management
• Conduct process analysis, document current-state processes and pain points, and provide improvement recommendations
• Develop financial analysis models for project prioritization and drive communications with executive stakeholders

This role enables Apollo to successfully execute key strategic initiatives and drive organizational transformation, creating value for investors and shareholders through improved processes and project management.

• 3-6+ years of experience in consulting/project management, with financial services/asset management experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor's degree required, MBA optional, with strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with superior executive-level presentation skills
• Proactive, organized self-starter with ability to manage diverse stakeholders and prioritize in fast-paced environments

Base salary range: $120,000 - $140,000 USD. Eligible for discretionary annual bonus based on personal, team, and firm performance. Compensation ranges based on job function, level, and geographic location.
