Transactional Paralegal

• Support complex financing and strategic transactions including debt, tax equity, tax credit transfers, corporate financing, and M&A
• Organize and manage documentation, maintain transaction files, and prepare construction loan draws and corporate filings
• Facilitate closing processes by managing checklists, signature packets, and coordinating with counterparties and internal stakeholders
• Drive efficiency and collaboration by maintaining status reports, improving workflows, and providing general support to meet deadlines

This role directly supports financing transactions that power Intersect's renewable energy and data center projects, contributing to the company's mission of building a low-carbon future and scaling clean energy infrastructure.

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience supporting complex transactions
• Corporate, transactional, or finance paralegal experience; renewables, data centers, or infrastructure finance experience is a plus
• Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively, and excellent communication skills

Compensation: USD$118,000-$128,000 (base salary + bonus). Health & Wellness: 100% premium coverage for medical, dental, and vision for you and dependents.
