Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Monitor training event chat and respond to/redirect trainee inquiries
  • Troubleshoot low complexity tech issues for trainees and faculty/presenters
  • Provide prompt, professional bilingual customer service via email and phone using Salesforce
  • Manage virtual training logistics including muting/unmuting trainees and breakout rooms

Required qualifications:

  • Native-level fluency in both English and Spanish
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal/written communication and listening skills
  • Reliable internet connection and familiarity with videoconferencing applications
  • High degree of availability and ability to engage in extensive screentime
  • Psychology background or familiarity with CBT preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce highly desirable
