What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Monitor training event chat and respond to/redirect trainee inquiries
- Troubleshoot low complexity tech issues for trainees and faculty/presenters
- Provide prompt, professional bilingual customer service via email and phone using Salesforce
- Manage virtual training logistics including muting/unmuting trainees and breakout rooms

Required qualifications:
- Native-level fluency in both English and Spanish
- Outstanding interpersonal, verbal/written communication and listening skills
- Reliable internet connection and familiarity with videoconferencing applications
- High degree of availability and ability to engage in extensive screentime
- Psychology background or familiarity with CBT preferred
- Experience with Salesforce highly desirable
