Mission
What you will drive
The Tender and Administrative Coordinator will:
- Analyze public tender documents and coordinate all departments involved in the tender process to ensure timely and compliant submission
- Manage administrative and financial activities including bank guarantees, insurance policies, and credit recovery coordination
- Oversee office coordination and support activities, maintain supplier relationships, and manage expense reports
- Coordinate updating and submission of quality and safety documentation and manage supplier qualification processes

Required qualifications and skills:
- High school diploma or Master's degree with minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role (tender specialist/bid office)
- Strong knowledge of public procurement laws and regulations
- Good command of English language (spoken and written)
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
