TechOps Generalist

• Provide delightful day-to-day technical support to all areas of the business to ensure employees can work efficiently
• Troubleshoot and fix a wide range of technical issues from laptop faults to automated account provisioning failures
• Monitor and maintain all tech in offices worldwide including networks, meeting rooms, printers, and security systems
• Lead and manage complex technical projects with multiple stakeholders from around the business

• Experience leading technical projects across various technologies and platforms
• Deep understanding of Windows, macOS, iOS and Android with natural troubleshooting ability
• Experience with scripting, using APIs and automating repetitive tasks
• Experience with Identity & Access Management systems like Okta or Microsoft Entra and SSO technologies
• Experience designing and installing office networks (Cisco Meraki experience mentioned)
