Technology Project Manager

Core responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal department stakeholders to analyze business processes and implement technology improvements
• Capture and manage functional requirements for new project initiatives and software enhancements
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; develop and manage project plans and timelines
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to keep projects on track

This role supports Reactivate's mission to develop renewable energy solutions that improve quality of life for communities, particularly working-class people, by enabling the company to scale its technology platforms and drive impactful technology initiatives that support economic development and energy resiliency.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in technology project management or similar role
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), agile methodologies, and technology infrastructure
• Proficiency in Jira for workflow and roadmap management
