Mission

What you will drive

  • Support project/pilot/product scoping for the Technology Portfolio through qualitative and quantitative research including interviews, surveys, process mapping, and policy reviews
  • Design and implement day-to-day deliverables such as work plans, product roadmaps, low- or no-code demonstration tools, dashboards, policy documents, research reports, training materials, and project impact reports
  • Lead day-to-day change management and implementation including meetings and workshops with government and nonprofit stakeholders, coaching and advisory support, and project management check-ins
  • Monitor trends in government technology, build relationships with stakeholders, represent PPG at conferences, and contribute to public-facing tools and publications

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree required (equivalent years of professional experience and/or certifications considered in lieu of formal education)
  • Three or more years of government technology experience (in public or private sector) or related work experience
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with ability to produce compelling, well-written, error-free work products
  • Strong project management skills with track record of independently managing projects and establishing priorities among multiple simultaneous deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of or certifications in product management methods and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power Automate Platform, comfort with Zoom, MailChimp, Miro and other collaboration tools
  • Comfort with using and managing generative AI in day-to-day work and deliverable creation
  • Willingness and ability to travel at least six times per year
