Technical Trainer

• Program Management & Development: Design, implement, and manage a comprehensive technical training program with structured learning paths for manufacturing roles to upskill the workforce and support internal mobility.
• Hands-on Technical Training: Directly train employees on core manufacturing processes including sheet metal fabrication, powder coating, electrical component assembly, and switchgear integration, ensuring consistent application of SOPs and safety protocols.
• Content Creation & Systems Management: Develop engaging training materials like video tutorials and manuals, and maintain accurate training records, certifications, and completion data.
• Evaluation & Certification: Implement a system for assessing employee skills through practical tests and certifications to provide tangible recognition and support career progression.

• Extensive Manufacturing Experience: At least 5+ years of hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with expertise in fabrication, electrical assembly, or related fields.
• Training & Leadership Skills: Proven experience in training or leadership roles, skilled at designing programs and delivering effective instruction.
• Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, including ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
• Communication & Collaboration: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to explain complex technical information clearly and work strategically across manufacturing and corporate functions.
