Technical Support Associate - HVAC/R

• Research and identify solutions to various problems related to energy-saving solutions including HVAC systems, refrigeration systems, and metering
• Track customer issues through to resolution within agreed time limits and communicate with clients and 3rd party vendors via phone, email, or chat
• Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams and provide prompt, accurate feedback to customers
• Prioritize and manage multiple open issues simultaneously while ensuring all issues are properly logged and documented

• Industry-specific certification in HVAC, Refrigeration or Electrical preferred with hands-on field experience with HVAC, refrigeration, and electrical systems
• 5+ years of relevant experience in a customer-focused position involving technical knowledge of company products and services
• Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and time-management skills with ability to prioritize multiple milestones and projects efficiently
• Professional written and interpersonal communication skills with flexibility for varied hours including some weekend and late night work
