Technical Specialist I, Product Climate Verification

Core responsibilities:

• Complete audits and reports within prescribed timelines while adhering to professional requirements
• Lead documentation, communication, and closure of audit findings for Life Cycle Assessments and Environmental Product Declarations
• Direct the audit process with clients, answer questions, and ensure quality delivery and client satisfaction
• Maintain thorough knowledge of program standards and protocols, recommending and implementing program changes as needed

This role drives positive change by applying rigorous technical standards to verify environmental claims, supporting organizations in accurately measuring and reporting their climate impact, which helps advance sustainability across diverse industries.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field with 2+ years professional experience OR Master's Degree with 1+ years experience
• Exceptional quantitative and critical thinking skills for evaluating complex data sets
• Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Access

Estimated annual salary: $50,918.40 - $66,266.74 USD. This is a remote position allowing flexible work arrangements, with potential for local, domestic, and/or international travel.
