Technical Program Manager

Your mission will be to accelerate and optimize the development of our future customer products while meeting quality, cost, timeline, and performance requirements. At the heart of innovation, you will be responsible for transforming customer needs into industrialized products, ready for mass production.

• Accelerate and secure product industrialization: Industrialize ongoing projects, prepare future products, establish schedules, identify bottlenecks, and monitor risks.
• Support business performance: Ensure customer deliveries in terms of quality, cost, and timelines, integrate customer requirements, and support the Sales team.
• Manage a team of program managers: Lead 5 to 8 Program Managers, organize project portfolios, monitor team activities, and foster skills development.

This role creates positive change by advancing recycling technology to transform carbon fiber waste into sustainable materials, helping close the loop on carbon fiber and contributing to a sustainable future.

• Experience managing large-scale industrial projects in a ramp-up and scalability context.
• Skilled at leading projects transversally with strong customer relationship skills.
• Expertise in the design of complex material-based products.
• More than 8 years of experience in the design of sports products.
• Fluent in English.
