Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Support the end-to-end delivery of SFT and RL training data for AI Safety, creating and maintaining the structure needed for on-time delivery
  • Dive deep into technical details, including understanding losses and evaluations for Safety to ensure they accurately measure problems and develop solutions
  • Support a portfolio of work from model development to long term research in AGI Safety & Alignment
  • Drive organizational efficiency by improving processes, streamlining execution, and implementing tooling improvements

What makes you a great fit

Required skills and experience:

  • 5+ years of leading large-scale complex programs, preferably across multiple geographies and time zones
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences, including executive leadership
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced program execution and deliveries
  • Good understanding of large language models, with knowledge of multi-turn conversations or model behaviour and other alignment related topics in machine learning
  • Demonstrated management experience
  • Must be fluent in English and flexible to work cross-timezone
