Mission
What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Define and maintain product-level requirements for utility-scale BESS products, including power, energy, efficiency, availability, and safety ratings.
- Develop and manage product roadmap aligned with market drivers, capacity markets, ancillary services, incentives, and interconnection rules.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, compliance, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to translate requirements into design specifications and ensure scalability.
- Act as subject matter expert with customers, regulators, and partners, translating market rules into product capabilities and supporting project engineering.

What makes you a great fit
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years in product management, applications engineering, or systems engineering in energy storage, power electronics, or utility-scale generation.
- Strong knowledge of battery and power system technologies, inverter architectures, and relevant standards (UL, IEC, IEEE, NFPA).
- Experience with grid interconnection and ISO/RTO participation requirements, and proven ability to develop technical requirements documents.
