Technical Customer Success Manager with Spanish

• Develop deep product expertise and serve as an authority on our product suite's features, capabilities, integrations and enterprise-wide deployments
• Act as a trusted strategic advisor to customers, driving business value and innovation while overseeing and optimizing customer onboarding processes
• Establish a systematic approach to gather and analyze customer feedback and provide strategic consultation on market positioning and product value maximization
• Lead the discovery of expansion opportunities by leveraging understanding of customer challenges and business expansion goals

• Experience in customer-facing roles in a software company, preferably SaaS product company
• Demonstrated excellence in building and maintaining strategic client relationships, leading strategic online meetings and training programs
• Advanced technical proficiency with proven ability to master complex software systems and technology stacks
• Superior communication, stakeholder and project management skills with exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Fluent English and Spanish (written and verbal)
